2 Bdrm Celebrity Resort Orlando - $69 Nite?!

I just booked a two bedroom suite with full kitchen at Celebrity Resort Orlando in Kissimmee the 2nd week of May. I got this room for $69 night on Expedia. I checked every other travel website and the cheapest I could find a 2 bedroom at this resort was $169.00/night. Do you think this is one of these once in a lifetime deals I read about OTHER people getting or am I missing something here? Has anyone stayed at this resort? Any thoughts on my "deal" or info re: the resort would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I hope I don't hear anything bad! Thanks in advance!

Yes, check out the reports on Trip Advisor but also remember that people are much more likely to complain about something than to enthuse about something. I mean, people never get really enthused when they go to the store and it has what they want, but they'd whinge and gripe if it doesn't. The same goes for reviews on TA.

I totally agree, Kath! I remember hearing once that a satisfied customer will tell 10 people but an unsatisfied person will tell 1,000!!

I checked Tripadvisor and most reviews seem favorable. There are a few bad ones, but those mostly seem about decor. Looks like most of the units have now been updated. Fortunately, the majority say it is clean. That would be my biggest concern. A clean suite with two bedrooms, kitchen and washer/dryer that is a few minutes from the parks for $69/night seems like a deal to me! Thanks to everyone for their replies.

I still wonder why Expedia's rates are $100 less than everyone else's for this resort.
