Posted this under the resorts section as well, thought I might be able to get better answers here :goodvibes

We are considering changing our resort for our New Years Eve trip with the kiddos.
I am looking at the room descriptions right now on the disney site and for BWV it says: These villas offer a view of the Resort hotel or the parking lot.
Ummmm...what do they mean by resort hotel? Anybody know?

On the BCV, there is no room view description........anybody have any idea where the 2 bdrm villas are located? What the view may be?

Thanks for any info!!!

As far as BW goes, if you can picture it from standing on the boardwalk, the Villas would be to your right (towards DHS) and the Inn would be to the left (towards Epcot) with the lobby in between. The way the building curves/angles a standard view room in the villas may look out over the parking lot or the Inn.

Hope that made sense :goodvibes

I haven't stayed at BCV, so I don't know for sure but I think the 2BR's are mixed in. View will probably be trees :cool2:

I'm not sure what they are talking about with BWV - It sounds like the description for the standard view rooms... any BWV owners know?

I can help you out for BCV. Here is a great website to help you...http://www.parkinfo2go.com/dvc-bcv/ You can see where the 2 bdrms are located and what some of the views are like. One note, if you are paying cash through CRO you may not be able to reserve a dedicated with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom.

I think BWV is going to be very hard to get for NYE. Hang on to the BCV reservation if you have it.

If you are booking through CRO, they do not book a specific view at BWV. You get whatever DVC members don't reserve, which is usually pool/garden. For both resorts, 2 bedrooms are located throughout the resort, there is no specific area just for 2 bedrooms.

If you are trying to book with points, New Years Eve is probably long sold out.
