2 and 5 year old..... balcony room?!

Yeah... There are really only 3 ways you're going to go overboard on a ship.

1 - You are doing something stupid like sitting on a rail for a selfie or climbing from balcony to balcony (under the influence of alcohol/drugs or not).
2 - You are thrown overboard by someone intending you harm.
3 - You intend to kill yourself and therefore jump.

Precisely. :sad2:

Kids often need/want downtime. Whether it be naps, or how long it takes them to get dressed, teeth brushed, etc. or if they just want to sit in the room and watch Disney On Demand for a while, if you have an inside stateroom, you will be stuck in a small "hotel room," but if you have a veranda, you can still remember that you are on a cruise ship.

My two year old once made it to an upper level kitchen cabinet that even I can barely reach. That had to have been some serious toddler ninja warrior moves. Soo.... oops, we may be in trouble for our balcony this cruise.
According to my mom, I made it to the top of the refrigerator and jumped off before she could get to me when I was 10 months. Pushed chair to counter -> Chair -> Counter -> Microwave -> Refrigerator.
