I had the opportunity to spend 2 days at Epic Universe with my wife and our sons (19 and 16). I will preface this with the facts that we had almost perfect weather, and did not buy Express Pass. Here is the breakdown of our 2 days:

Monday July 21:

7:13 - Out the doors of Stella Nova
8:13 - Lined up for security
8:32 - In the park!
(Early Entry Plan for 1st morning was Stardust, which ended up being down, so we headed to Dark Universe)
8:57 - Curse of the Werewolf (no wait)
9:06 - Monsters Unchained (no wait)
9:30 - Lined up outside of Berk for Toothless M&G
9:54 - Toothless M&G (30 minute wait)
10:40 - Stardust Racers (green) - 20 minute wait [only green side running with 2 trains]
11:00 - Meteor Astropub for lunch
12:00 - Constellation Carousel (15 minute wait)
12:45 - Untrainable Dragon
1:15 - Explore Harry Potter world and some A/C & drinks at Le Gobbelet Noir
2:15 - Cirque Aranus
3:00 - Hiccup's Wing Gliders (60 minute wait)
4:05 - Mead Hall for more A/C & drinks
5:10 - Monsters Unchained (2nd time) - 15 minute wait, then explored Dark Universe
6:30 - Mario Kart (60 minute wait)
7:45 - Dinner at Das Stakehaus
8:30 - Donkey Kong (waited 60 minutes in line, then ride shutdown. We were given return passes!!!)
9:45 - Yoshi (no wait)
9:55 - Mario Kart (no wait)
10:21 - Walked out of Epic

Retuned to Stella Nova during the rain and had some pizza

The only ride we didn't do was Fyre Drill, due to the fact that getting soaking wet and then walking around in 100+ heat index is not our idea of a good time.

If you have any questions about anything, hit me up!!

Thanks for the info. I will be there in a little over a week.

I'm encouraged to see the short wait times for Mario Kart at the end of the day. We'll go there earlier because it's a priority, but it would be nice to have a second ride later in the day. Being big Nintendo fans and not all of us riding coasters, we might also enjoy a short line for a second ride on Yoshi.

I'm so excited about Monsters Unchained with all the positive reviews.

I'm thinking that the only way I'll wait for the Ministry of Magic is if I decide to do that while others in my family take a midday break, so it's good to know that it was comfortably cool.

The only thing I will say about MoM, if the wait is over 2 hours or so, the first part of the queue is outdoors. It is covered and shaded, but still warm. Once you get through the Metro, cool off!!

We were very happy with the SNW waits at night as well! Have a great trip!!

Thanks for the breakdown. The timeline was very useful!

Can you tell more about what you ate and drank? Any favorites?

Meteor Astropub - I had Chicken and Waffles, my wife did the grilled cheese and tomato soup. This was our favorite meal.

The cinnamon donut holes and garlic stake pretzel in Dark Universe were our favorite snacks!

If you are in need of an A/C break in the Harry Potter portal, check out Le Gobbelet Noir. It’s tucked out of the way and not busy. Nice place to grab a table and mobile order a frozen butterbeer or lavender lemonade.
