Yes, it counts (lunch only, they don't offer the fixed menu at dinner anymore) and no, the filet was never on the fixed menu, which exists pretty much to lure DDP users away from the more expensive entrees by offering them an appetizer.
LOL Yeah that makes sense. Now I'm wondering why I thought that was on there. I just added up the 3 things that I would get if I got the experience and it's cheaper 'ala carte'.....nice.
