When I started my weight loss journey I started WW but didn't have much success. I told myself on Memorial Day that I would loose 20 pounds by the end of Labor day. Well I really stopped going to WW and doing the program because it just didn't work for me. I started Atkins on 7/16 and have only 2.8 lbs to go for my 20. I am so close that I REALLY want to make it to goal but I have recently shattered my toe so I can't really do much exersise.

Any suggestions on how to loose 2.8lbs in 4 days?

Drink lots of water, be very careful about staying on plan - be aware of portion control (use fitday.com), and start wishing for the whoosh fairy to visit! BUT you've done well and your commitment to keeping on isn't going to depend on that 2.8, is it?! Congrats on how far you've come.

Goals like this are ok in their own way - they help you focus on where you're going, but OTOH don't let them determine whether you're a success or not. Clearly you are a success and if in 4 days you're not quite there, look how close you came!!

I'm so sorry about your toe. :( I hope it's feeling much better very soon. :)

Drink plenty of water and stick to plan. I would try to stay with induction foods as much as possible. Avoid the extras like sugar free treats for the next few days.

Good luck! :)

You're so close you can do it. Drink the water, watch sodium, switch to chicken/fish/turkey for your meat. If you belong to a gym you can still do the reclining bike. Keep your focus:D
