2-3 homes on same street/same area

Friends of mine are looking for villa accommodation for 25 people. They´re thinking about either in one huge home or 2-3 large homes very close by each other. Can anyone point me towards websites where I might find owners who have 2-3 homes close by each other?

I am staying at this owners townhome in June. Nice people and great rates. I know he has a 6 bedrom house and a 3 bedroom townhome both have there own pools. The 6 bedroom had a couch as well so about 15 people could be there and the townhome sleeps 8. The website is www.orlandosecret.com

Also you could try www.windsorhillsrent.com or www.windsor-palms-florida.net. They are sister properties Hills being newer but both are gated, big resort pools, cinema, game room, fitness room etc. Both are within 10 min drive to Disney

Try homeaway.com too! Thats who we used and you can even purchase insurance (inexpensively) incase something happens.
