I am a huge fan! I love the show and I was listening yesterday and heard John mention how he hated the automatic renewal on Martha Stewart Magazine, and I had to comment because I worked for her for 5 years.
In fact, my job was doing Purchasing of all sorts of things, including to order magazines for our own employees for research. This was questionable because some people had some weird magazines that they order (Modern Dog, Garden & Gun, etc).
I worked for Martha for 5 years and when the magazines I ordered would automatically renew, it would drive me nuts - I had to play detective and figure out WHO the autorenewal was for before the company would cancel it. It was a pain.
I always mentioned to people that not only was it annoying and nuts but that it was messed up that our own magazines (Martha Stewart Living, etc) did it too.
So anyhow, sorry John! I was Martha's purchaser for 5 years and even I hated autorenewal and still do.
