Ugh. It's not been my day with Disney. First they release BOG at 3 am and then I call in for PVB and it rings for 6 minutes only to get it to pick up at 9:07 and say the office is closed.

Tried to log into the dvc member's site. Was told that my user name or password was invalid. I'm waiting for Member Services, dialed in with my phone. I got transferred, but it's just ringing now.

Same here! Glad I did my 7m booking right at 8am.... I have a feeling the online site is going to go crash

Poly is not listed on the online booking tool. On hold. Wait time estimate 19 minute.

same here. telling me my password is wrong....also did the BOG to no avail....on hold now with MS...and a cranky baby crying in the background!!

I have it up on the online booking tool for the dates I wanted, but have to cancel one. Since it is linked, it says to call. On hold, as of 9:03 said 18 minutes, so still about 10 minutes to go

I had the same thing happen - saying my user name and password are not valid and now I have exceeded attempts and have to call MS. HA! Good luck with that one.

No luck for me so far - keeps saying my login is incorrect. And I can't call until 8:50am CST - hopefully that isn't too late!

i called and did computer at same time....website crashed...when i called at 9:00am they told me they weren't open yet...called back....let it ring about 30 times...finally picked up, went through the prompts..on hold (it said approx 25 minutes) it's been 17 minutes

Though about those dates (through the 3rd). But have BCV at that time. Looking to change my OKW for the 23/24 - should be a few more minutes...

Booked online while waiting on hold (25 minutes). After it not working online numerous times (kept kicking me back to the search tool), it finally went through before the CM picked up. Booked. Got the dates I wanted. Very happy.

I'll call back in a few days to add celebrations and make a longhouse request. (Anyone know what the ETA is for Tokelau and the quiet pool construction? I can't seem to find it on Tikiman's site.)

Got our 4/23 and 4/24! Member Services told me that Stitch is running lose in the system, though, and thanked me for being patient! HA!

Yes. It wouldn't work, but I kept at it, and it eventually let me through.

success!! on hold about 25 minutes. CM told me i was her 3rd call and they were all successful. we booked PVB Au 18-23 in a standard view. Now just have to get the BOG ressie! no one is getting any dining ressies. she said it was a complete system shutdown with no estimates of when it will be running again.
