2 1BRs at Vistana or a 2 BR??

We were thinking of getting 2 1 BR units at Vistana for my family and my BIL family. Or we could get 1 2 BR unit? Is there any advantage to one over the other? Location? Amenities?? I think the 2 1BRs will be cheaper.

The two bedrooms offer one big nice master room then the other has two full beds. The question would be does everybody agree with which couple would get the bedroom with the big bed??? You didn't mention kids but sharing space can get to you all night after the sun in the day time! Just a thought!

I think that we would let my BIL and his wife have the master room. We would stay in the other room with our two kids since that room has 2 double beds.

But the 1 BRs would be cheaper than getting a 2BR, so that seems like the way to go?? But I was just wondering if there was something better about the 2BR - like a bigger TV or jacuzzi tub or washer/dryer, etc.

Seems to me l 2 br would be the way to go. It's less pricy than getting two l brs.

also with a l br, your kids would have to sleep in a pullout bed if that makes a difference.
