Well DD will be just a few days shy of 3 when we go to the world. Need to book dining uncertain if I should bother making ADR's for us @ the castle ?? Cinderella is not her favorite (ariel) she's not the best in restaurants. We have allready taken her to 1900 park fare for dinner and Askerhaus for breakfast last year. she loved all the princess' but Don't know if we are wasting time and money. We definatley will return to WDW in the future. She is under 3 and is free ?? I'm torn ?? Should I build up the moment and wait til she's older ?? :headache:

We are taking DD to CRT for her 3rd birthday (free also since she is 2 for most of the trip). She is so excited and she talks about it all the time even though we won't go until Feb 27th. We have never been to WDW.

If you are unsure I would make an ADR. You can always cancel it later, but trying to get one later can be almost impossible.

They charge you a deposit for that ADR. I think it's refundable as long as its's 48 hours before ?? Does anyone know??

daughter to CRT when she had just turned three a few days earlier. She doesn't remember it that well now, but she really enjoyed it during the meal. (At that point she was fascinated with Snow White and somewhat ignored Belle when she came to the table.) It didn't have any impact on her impressions when she went back at four and six.

Ariel was at CRT on our trip in June. That's never guaranteed though. Take your daughter to Ariel's Grotto also. She is in fins there and the interaction is better than at the meals. Here are a couple of photos from our last trip:

It's not a deposit if you're not on the DDP - I just booked CRT for January and paid the full amount in advance when I made my reservation - $165 for the 4 of us (!!)(3 adults and 1 child).

But I still agree - if you're unsure, book it now since it can be so hard to get. And if you change your mind - cancel, but just make sure you do it within the cancellation window for the refund.

This is right from my reservation confirmation e-mail:
Payment and Cancellation Policies
At time of booking, payment in full must be charged to a valid credit card or, if on a dining package, there must be a guaranty to a valid credit card. If you fail to show for this priority seating and do not cancel your reservation, your card will be charged a penalty.
Third-party payments are not accepted. The last name on the credit card must match the last name on the reservation. If applying multiple payments, the last name on at least one credit card must match the last name on the reservation.
Payment or credit card guaranty is required at the time of booking.
Price includes tax and gratuity.
There is a one-day cancellation policy and a full price charge if you cancel within one (1) day of the reservation or are a "no show" for the reservation.
