1st week of May?

We recently had to cancel our trip because I wound up sick and in the hospital. Now we are looking to re-book May 1-8 but I have never gone during this time. Is it going to be crazy??

I usually go during the first week of May and found that it's a great time. Not too crowded, beautiful weahter, and the Flower and Garden show is just gorgeous.

This year I'm enjoying the F&G show early, and our family trip is later in May joined with a DCL cruise, but next year I'll be back to the first week in May.

We've gonne various weeks in May and always loved it. Since it gets a little too hot for me as the month goes on, we're going to be there the first week of May this year.

I May! The weather is beautiful and the parks aren't too crowded. The F&G show is a nice diversion with interesting florals and displays. I very much enjoyed walking through the various sculptures.

If you're not up to the parks, it should be warm enough to relax by the pool.

We love that time, and are heading down again this year May 5-12 for the F&G festival! LOVE it!

We go the last week in April (this year we will leave on May 1) and love it too!!! We love being able to use the pools since we also travel in Nov or Dec and sometimes it is too cold to swim!!

I went the week starting May 8 last year and loved it! Weather was a little warm, but other than that, the crowds were not bad. We really enjoyed it. Have fun!

We're going to VB first week of May (first time in May). Not sure why we haven't been down in may before, but we're hoping (and thinking) it will be perfect. For the WDW resorts... the schools are not out yet and the temps won't be overwhelming.... perfect. Hope you have a great time. Where are you going to make home? Not that it matters, just curious.

We went first week of May last year, and it was great. Low crowds due to spring break being over and school kids not out yet! You will have some graduation school trips, but not too many. Weather is very nice, and I agree that the F&GS at Epcot is beautiful. Hav a great trip, and I'm glad you are well!

May is absolutely the WORST time of the year to go! By far! Don't do it!
