Looking at crowd calendars it appears as if the last week of February & the first week of March are expected to be low in terms of crowds, but are still in “Peak season 1“ in terms of Loew‘s/Universal on-site hotel rates. I‘m really torn between needing express passes or not (and therefore if we should stay at RPR or CB). If we buy 3 or 4 day passes and find that the parks are too crowed, can we easily add on EP for the remaining days?
