Our family 3 adults and 3 boys (7, 7 and 11) would love your feedback for the best rides/attractions/restaurants at Universal ... thanks!!

MIB
Twister
(I haven't been there since the Mummy has been open so I can't comment on that one YET)

Islands of Adventure
Hulk
Spider-Man
Jurassic Park River Adventure
Dueling Dragons (either front row on Ice or back row on Fire)

Hi,
We went in the spring and had our two boys, 11 and 8 and also our 12 year old nephew. Here are the rides and restaurants that we REALLY liked, or not...

US
Revenge of the Mummy (REALLY COOL! We rode it countless times!)
Men In Black (my 11-year-old's favorite! - He's a video game junkie!)
Shrek

IOA
Spiderman (BEST RIDE ANYWHERE!!!-my whole family's opinion!)
Hulk (only 8-year-old DS and I rode it, but it was AWESOME!!!)
Jurassic Park River Adventure

Counter Service Food-
Captain America's Diner @ IOA (Hard to beat for burgers and chicken sandwiches!)
Cafe La Bamba @ IOA is good too!
Richter's Burgers @ US is not so good! :(

Sit Down Meal
Margaritaville and Hard Rock Cafe (both at CityWalk) are excellent choices!

IOA:
Hulk
Spiderman
Dueling Dragons

US:
Mummy
MIB
Terminator 2

1) The Mummy
2) Spiderman
3) The Hulk

Here are my top 3 in each category.

Rides
Hulk
Mummy
Men in Black

Attractions
Horror Makeup Show
Posedien's Fury (this may spark debate about whether PF is a ride
or an attraction!)
Aniamal Planet Live!

Restaurants
Margaritaville
Finnegans
The Kitchen

That being said, I know my DS would have other top picks--he has been going to UO since he is 7 years old. His favorite eating is NBA City, Margaritaville and Turkey Legs at the Parks! When he was 7, he was not interested in the Hulk and Mummy was not open. I would have to say that his favs that trip were Jaws, Spiderman and River Adventure. Of course that was "back in the day"...before MIB, Shrek and Mummy. At the ripe old age of 13, I'd have to say his current favs are Hulk, Dueling Dragons and MIB. Food is as mentioned above, and as far as attractions, his favs are Horror Makeup Show, Fear Factor Live and Matt Hoffman's Crazy Freakin' Stunt Show (Matt Hoffman's is not there all the time.)

Have a great time. And let us know what your top picks are when you return.
