1st trip FP help please!

We are taking the kids age 15 DS and 5 DD (42 inches) during spring break. We will have 5 park days (no hopper) and since this is the first trip I really have no clue. This is the plan I came up with please give me any input! We are staying off site with 2 off days will either stay at resort or maybe take a drive to the beach for a day.

Day 2 Epcot FP

Spaceship earth

Day 3 - off day

Day 4 Hollywood Studio
Toy Story Mania x 4 (If unable to obtain Rock n roller coaster x 2 + rs)
Tower of Terror
Star War tour

Day 5 & 7 MK
Day 6 off
Anna & Elsa x 2 (hopefully)
Space mtn x 2 + rs
7 dwarfs mine train
Big thunder RR
Enchanted tales with Belle
Peter Pan flight

You've done your research, looks good to me. Only thing I may switch would be Mission Space, I haven't had to wait for that in years although we do the green side.

That all looks good. I also agree that you probably won't need the FP for Mission Space. I would maybe also recommend looking at TouringPlans or EasyWDW for more detailed plans since you will be going during Spring Break. You should be able to input your FP times once you have them into the touring plans.

Also remember that it will be crowded and it'll take more time than you think to get places. Depending on how planned out you would like to be, you might want to look at lunch/dinner counter service locations and maybe some fun snacks. That way you'll have an idea of what you might want to eat and won't have to take time deciding and looking at menus at all the different locations.

If you have any Star Wars fans I would plan on multiple Star Tours as there are over 50 versions.
I'd plan on doing it at least twice.

Also consider one of the night time fireworks shows Illuminations maybe?

You may want to reconsider the 5 year old going on Dinosaur? Many adults find it a bit too realistic? Just a heads up because if she has a bad experience on a dark ride on the first day, then you will struggle getting her on inside rides the rest of the trip.

I agree with the pp about Dinosaur being too scary for a 5 year old. My DD went on it when she was 6. She hung on to me and buried her head into me. I showed her videos on youtube before trip and she was fine with riding it, but she didn't like and doesn't want to do it again.

Bit of advice - keep a phone or tablet with you when using your FP+ rides. I was there last week and on multiple occasions and it happened at all four parks when we would scan our bands the Mickey head would turn blue. It was easily rectified when I showed My Plan for the day on the My Disney Experience App, but I shudder to think what would have happened if I had not had that as proof.

Don't forget you can do some things at rope drop if you cannot get a FP for it. For example, I did not want to use a FP on Peter Pan because we needed it for other things so we are going straight there when the park opens and riding it first and then making our way around Fantasy Land.
