1st timer shore excursion question

We are going on our 1st cruise on 11/14/04 for a 4 day. There will be my husband and I and our 4 boys, 14,11,11,10. My questions is should we go on a shore excursion in Nassau? and what ones are good?

As for first time excursions in Nassau, check out Atlantis. We found it fun. You can do the Disney excursion or do it on your own.
