1st timer needs to know how to get discounts?

Hi.. we just booked 2 adjoining rooms at the Pop Century for week of April 25th. I asked about the discount code I read about on this website (Spring Online Offer: ask for code CPC (same rates as CTN discount) but the guy said "no such code". Are there only so room available per discount? I was quoted $99 per night or $84 for CAA (we are not members.. yet?) Do I have any hope of getting a better rate? We need 2 rooms, and with the American exchange we'd really really like to get a better rate. We booked the 50's section on his recommendation, but I had no idea. Any thoughts on what section/which pool is the best at PC. My kids are 8, 12 & 14. This is our 1st trip to Disney. Thanks.

I think the Canadian at par discount had to be booked by a certian date and is now over. I can't find any codes for Canadians right now. One way to get a discount is to book with Disney and wait to see if Annual Pass discounts for your dates are released.

Right now there are discounts for Disney Visa holders that equal $30 off per room per night (at PC). I know the card is not open to Canadians right now, but these visa only codes have been followed by codes open to everyone in the past (it is a short past, as the card is new). I think there is a good chance some discount will show up that is either open to all or open to AP holders. If the AP discounts come out book it at that rate and buy one AP (You can get the discount on up to 3 rooms with one pass).

Forgot to add two things-

Did you know Adjoining is not the same thing as connecting rooms?

There are some rooms that will fir 5 people, it may be less to get one of those than two at Pop and you will be at a nicer resort as well (nothing against Pop, I am staying there). One to look at is Port Orleans- they have trundle beds so can sleep 5. Also the cabins at fort wilderness.

Get a discount at the Ft. Wilderness Campground from 4/18/04-6/5/04. (Little or no availability over Memorial Day weekend, though.) Ask for Code CIE and get the following rates:
