1st timer: Excursion ?'s

We are beyond Excited about our May 4 day cruise!! However, we don't see any excursions that look appealing to us. Besides just staying on the ship, what can you do on your own? We are 4 adults (not into kayaking or anything like that) and 2 little princesses under 6. Thanks!!
