You have food credits for each night that you are there, not the number of days on your park ticket. If you want to check out the menus, go to allearsnet.com, they have them all there.
My suggestion to everyone I talk to about the
DDP is to use the credits for lunches and dinners because breakfast is usually the cheaper meal of the day and sometimes you can use snack credits for breakfast items. This is unless you are doing a character breakfast, of course, then you should use your DDP table service (TS) credit.
I highly recommend the character dining, especially with small children, it eliminates you having to stand in line for those characters at the parks and therefore saves you time and aggrivation, plus the interaction is great for the most part!
You can use the credits during your stay in whatever manner you want. For example if you want to do 2 sit down (TS) meals in 1 day you can, and you can use all your snacks the first day, the last day, etc.
I make a calendar of what meal we have planned each day and how many credits it is, so that I know and I figure we could always change it when we get there, if we want. We made the mistake the first time we did DDP of doing 2 TS in 1 day, I think for lunch and dinner and I don't think I ate for 2 days after because it was too much food. If you want to do 2 TS, I would do breakfast and dinner.
Hope that answers your questions, if not, just ask!
