1st time with Concierge

I have just booked the Poly for 5 nights starting Dec. 16th for my DH and my 10th anniversary. We will have LV with concierge service. This is going to be a huge treat for us since we usually do not plan trips like this! I have a lot of questions though.

I hear that the concierge will make PS arrangements for you - however, should I book my own so that I don't miss out? When do they send you the form or contact you to find out what you are looking for? We would like to go to La Nouba - should we make our own arrangements or just wait for them on that as well?

Since we have booked a LV will we be able to see the fireworks from the MK? We would like to have a 3rd floor room with a balcony if possible - should I call and get this noted on the reservation or wait for the concierge form to request it?

As you can tell, we are just a little confused as to what we should be doing and what we should let them do for us.

If anyone wants to share about the Poly concierge service I would love to hear it! Thanks in advance for everyone who is always sharing great information!

I would contact the Poly concierge staff and have them make your arrangements. THey will be very helpful and get your reservations you need.

They are WONDERFUL!!

Keep in mind that the 3rd floor rooms are smoking optional.

Room 1505 is on the first floor, has EXCELLENT fireworks view, is non-smoking and you can walk right out to a swinging beach chair

La Nouba is very popular and it is suggested that you purchase tickets 6 months in advance. You are lucky to be arriving on Dec. 16. I read on another website that there are no performances Dec. 7-15.
