Sue - Yikes! 2 Urgent care trips. That does make you appreciate having the Wal-Mart near WDW. I'm with you on no longer being the Disney Sherpa for the family. That's a great description. You're also right about camping teens being different. 
Do y'all drive straight through or stop overnight. We've stopped at the Minton KOA and Tallahassee East KOA.

You're helping your daughter's friend have a lifelong memory. You can't get better than that! We like College Station as well...but then again, we're Aggies. Son was at A&M football camp last week. I'm sure A&M does a good job with the tennis camps.
We have only been to WDW in July so don't know any different. Heat and crowds are us. We managed the heat and humidity fine. We did have cool breeze things...I think they were called Misty Mates. I can't remember the full name but small bottles that you pump up and it sprays a cool mist. Similar to the small fans. I'll send you the info. They're available at Walgreens, CVS and on eBay.
