We'll be stopping at WDW for 1 day after our cruise. I know ADR are near impossible to get this late, but we'll try. Here's our plans, and I need help figuring out what places to eat in between.

May 4: Lunch (we'll likely get to WDW/on site hotel near lunch and we will NOT be in a park this day, so we need to eat at a hotel/resort or in DTD.
Suggestions?

May 4: Dinner (if it's possible, I'd like to do the 1900 Park Fare dinner, but it's pricey and I haven't called yet to find out if we could do this).
Alternative options?

May 5: Breakfast: Hoping/praying to get Chef Mickeys - I don't care what time LOL.

May 5: Lunch: Hoping to get Crystal Palace - again don't care what time if we can even get in.

May 5 Dinner: We'll be IN Magic Kingdom. We've been to DisneyLAND several times, so if there's anything different/special at MK to eat at that's not super expensive (since we're already planning some pricey meal...) that'd work. Options?

May 6: Breakfast: We have a 10:30am flight out of MCO. We'll be taking the Magic Express Shuttle, which I'm assuming we'll leave around 7am. We're NOT morning people, need breakfast to be fast, and on the go (preferably be able to eat on the shuttle if that's allowed...). Options?

Thanks! :) This is such last minute planning for us. We leave for our cruise in 19 days (which we also booked last minute - 2 weeks ago) so we're still cruise planning, AND now trying to 1st trip WDW plan as well and I just don't have enough time (or money).

Oh, and also we have 3 kids: almost 2 years girlie, almost 4 years boy, and 6 year old boy. Nobody is a super picky eater, but I am allergic to shellfish.

In DTD I dont really recommend any of the sit down restuarants but Earl of Sandwich is amasing. Try their soup its so lovely. In the resorts I like Kona Cafe, Chef Mickeys (Character meal), or even just a food court as they do some great food. Another option if you just want a lighter meal would be to have afternoon tea in the Garden View Lounge at the Grand Floridian.

Unfortunately most Disney Dinners are pricey but there are some really nice places. Ohana's is good or Boma's in AKL. If you have a car mind there are some nice restuarants just past DTD. I love Olive Garden and walk there on most trips (its about 10-15 mins from the bus stop in DTD). Also a lot cheaper than any Disney resturants.

Great plan. Best meal there if you ask me

Good option for lunch in MK

OK I love Columbia Harbour House. Its a CS and really great prices. They do a Hummus Sandwich and soup combo meal (and other sandwich type options) that is amasing. I love it in there. Its next to the Haunted Mansion and has a seating area upstairs which overlooks Tom Swayers Island and the lake. Really nice views and usually quieter than other areas.

Options?
Go for CS in the resort. They have some great options including a full breakfast or a create your own yoghurt - both of which I have done. At that time in the morning its your best and safest bet to ensure you get to the bus on time.

Suggestions?Just eat light at your hotel

Alternative options? Most character meals are similarly priced. Trails End Buffet at the Fort Wilderness Campground is less pricey. You can see Chip and Dale at the campground for a sing along around the fire and maybe stay for the movie under the stars.

May 5: Breakfast: Hoping/praying to get Chef Mickeys - I don't care what time LOL. Start calling now!

May 5: Lunch: Hoping to get Crystal Palace - again don't care what time if we can even get in. I'd try for dinner. Depending on the time you can get Chef Mickey's it will be too soon for another buffet for lunch.

May 5 Dinner: We'll be IN Magic Kingdom. We've been to DisneyLAND several times, so if there's anything different/special at MK to eat at that's not super expensive (since we're already planning some pricey meal...) that'd work. Options?

Magical Express will have you leaving near 7:30am.

You could also try this schedule:
Dinner at Chef Mickey's on arrival day
Any meal at Crystal palace, CS meal as second meal (Main Street Bakery, Columbia Harbor House, Pinnochio Village Haus(Pizza))
Breakfast from your resort

On the day you are not going to the park, consider one of the Boardwalk area restaurants. Spoodles, Flying Fish, BIg River Grille and Brewing Works.
It has everything from formal to casual.
Whispering Canyons at Wilderness Lodge is another popular one.
For breakfast the day you leave, you will probably just go to the hotel quick service.
