1st time since 2002 that I am probably going to have points expire.

I guess that is a good thing about the shutdown. I have always been in a borrow status. ALWAYS. It was like a reset. I have managed to rent most of the extra points that expire May 30th, but I still have 16 BCV points and 6 OKW points that don't seem to be doing much with the Timeshare Store. I think I can put 20 of them into RCI, but I haven't looked to see what 20 DVC points can get me with RCI. Probably not much. Oh well. I am just happy I was able to rent the rest out, I am sure there are many members that are not even aware they can rent out, that may be losing much more than 22 points to expiration.

I had 126 that expire 3/31/2031. Was able to rent 120, will lose 6. Not bad all things considered.

there are tons of locals here on the boards that might be interested in doing a 1 night staycation if the price is right. Anything you get is better than loosing them.

Should be easy to rent on the most popular Facebook group, people there are frequently looking for small amounts of points for one and two night trips.
