1st time selling points question!

I'm selling some points for the 1st time to someone on the boards. Can anyone send me a copy of a contract I can use (ftreloar@stargate.net) & any procedures that I need to be aware of. My main concern what if they would cancel within the 30 day period - but I guess I should collect all the money before that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
