1st time renter - Am I missing anything?

I'm renting for the first time from a first time renter. I'm not sure what information to provide to the DVC owner. So far I have given her the following information:

dates of travel
2 choices for accomodations with points needed
request for DDP and ME
flight information for ME
names and ages of occupants at time of travel

Am I missing anything?

I like to use a contract- if you look at the stickys at the top of the R/T board you will see good info provided from experienced renters.

i have also found that sometimes even though I might call and get a "yes" on availability- that the people change their mind.

you should establish what payment plan you wish to use as well, how much and when.

I have had a couple nice renters on TGM and here.

We do have a contract I just want to make sure I don't miss anything. I would feel really bad if she had to call a 2nd time because of an omission on my part since she is over seas.
