1st tiem Disney camper, lots of questions!

Me and my family are going camping there for the first time.
There is going to be a bunch of us so I'm trying to get as much info
as possible. I was wondering about camp fires. I see all the talk in the
forums, but no one mentions if you can have a campefire @ your camp site.

Also...
OUt of all the events you can do, which ones are a "DO NOT MISS"?
I have 3 four yrs olds, 5 adults,and 2 two yr olds going. What to do!
How much cash to keep on hand?

I am not an expert but I do know they do not allow campfires at your site. I have read somewhere that they let you have those patio style ones but I do not have first hand knowledge of this and I wouldn't think it would be worth it. I know it has been pretty dry here and not worth the chance.

They have a campfire every night with Chip and Dale. They have a movie after. By the ages of your kids, this would be your best bet. Bring your own smores kit because theirs are expensive. The rail they have around the fire is quite a ways from it so you will need long sticks or you can purchase them there.

The pool is a great place to relax with the kids.

We have a Coleman bbq pit that has screen around it, and a dome-shaped lid. As long as you keep the lid on it at all times, you are allowed to use it. The screen has a little door in the side that you can use to roast marshmallows or add charcoal or wood.

Don't miss the campfire program - the kids will love it! And, it's fun to sit outside and watch the movie too!

The kids are the right age for the pony rides. They are $4, and you walk the pony around a winding trail. You can also visit the blacksmith shop.

The Electrical Water Pageant floats by every evening around 9:30. Just go down to the beach to watch it!
