1st stay at OKW

Hi,

I'm just back from my 1st stay at OKW and I must say that I loved that place and that the children did also

I realy appreciated the calm and relax atmosphere we found here. Not only the place itself is calm but also the people who live here. It is realy different that staying at All-Star Movies !!!!

I also appreciated the fact that I had my car at the door when I needed it.

The only thing i found very poor, compared to an All-Star resort, is the bus transportation system. We regularly waited between 20 and 30 minutes for the bus and once almost 45 minutes compared to 5 or maximum 10 minutes at the All-Stars. Next time, I'll use my car a lot more

And the good news are that the day after I arrived, I received the papers to sign for the resale I'm buying. Disney has approved the transaction so I'm about to join your big family !!!

all the deluxes have the worst bus service - while the value resorts have the best - when I complainted to WDW about this - they say that more people stayed at the value resorts so they would have more complaints - does this make sense well it didn't to me - you should get what you paid for not basis on who will complaint.

OKW is lovely!

Each resort contracts individually with the WDW transportation for their bus service. If you think the bus service is bad at your home resort, go to the annual meeting and express your conserns there. It might mean an increase in dues though.

Glad you had a great time- I love OKW too! Sorry you were disapointed with the bus service - I have heard that alot about OKW - but when I was there about a week ago I must have lucked out because the longest wait we had was 10minutes. I hope you have better luck next time(when you don't use your car)
