I'm looking for suggestions. Our family is arriving late on a Friday night in April '08, so we'll be tired and sleep in on Saturday morning.

What parks does everyone visit 1st?
What is a good park for Saturday afternoon or evening?
I've heard Saturday is often a travel day for some, so it might not be as busy as Sunday.

Thanks!

My first advice is: Go to the PARK you REALLY want to see first!

Then the practical advice:

Check to see what park has Extra Hours that day and AVOID it.

If you want to sleep in then Epcot is nice so you can spend your first park night watching Illuminations.

AK closes early, so you might want to do that one on an early morning day.

MK is always fun but I think Saturday's are busy.

DHS is a good later park too so you can catch Fantasmic!

ENJOY planning! Sandra

Our family always does Magic Kingdom first. Then we hit all the Magic hour parks. But that's us.

That is what day we will be arriving too. Dh and I are going with no kids on this trip so we are stopping in at Raglan Road for dinner and then off to Adventurers Club!

If you are looking for park ideas based on crowd levels Tour Guide Mike is really good for that!

About a month before you travel, check out this website (search for - " Best Days Disney ")
This screenshot shows you what you will see. I found it quite helpful over the last few years.
