1st No Kids Trip in 4days! Any last minute advice??

Hey!! This is my first time posting so I hope this is the right place We leave snowy cincinnati in 4 short days and are super excited about our 1st no kids trip to disney. It'll be me, DH, my brother(19) and his gf(19). It will also be our 1st stay as DVC members, doing a split stay. Half at VWL and other half at BLT. Doing the QS dining during our stay at WL, and regular DDP at BLT, ressies at The Wave and Sanaa. It's our first trip without our kids, my brother's very first trip to disney and his gf hasn't been since she was 8. 6 Day tickets, no PH. Has anyone eaten at Sanaa before? and if so, have you eaten there late in the evening? We have an 8:30pm ressie, but still hoping to see some animals! Any other last minute tips or suggestions to make our trip exta magical?? Thanks so much!

I ate at Saana last month but I was there about 5 PM so much earlier than you. I wasn't seated by the window but didn't really care since I was staying at Kidani and could see the animals from my room.

At 8:30 the animals will be on the Savanna (they are on there all night) but whether you see any or not will depend upon whether any animals are in that area of the savanna at that time (& of course how good you can see in the dark ). I have seen some animals from my room at night many times, but not every night.
