1st MNSSHP tomorrow night...anyone else really curious?

I want to know what the characters are wearing? And where they are located?
I want to know if the parade is different from last years?

And most importantly... I want an oompa loompa now!

Oooh, I can't wait to hear, either.. but I'm leaving for Disney early Saturday morning. Maybe I'll get lucky and some late night/early riser DISer will post a few comments before I leave.

According to his website, Tour Guide Mike will be there Sept 15 and promised his reviews and details will be posted Sept 16....just another source of info for us!

I wouldn't be worried about the crowd control. They did an excellent job getting people out of the area for Night of Joy. In fact from 5:30-7:30 anytime we walked into a new land, into a shop, or got near a ride line we had to show our wristband. People without one were derected out of the park and told they couldn't go into the areas. We didn't have anyone near us that but up a fight about it but it was obvious they were removing them- even a bit before the park closed they were telling them it was time to leave.(The park actually closed to day guests at 6- so 5:30 was a little early.)

We'll be attending for the first time on the 22nd :cool1:

I've never been to this event before - DD9 had all kinds of questions I never thought of. Do we need to bring in a bag for her to go trick or treating with or does WDW supply that?

I'll be VERY happy to log on from the hotel to give a report after!!!

They hand out trick or treat bags when you get your wristband. As for me... I just want to know if there's CHOCOLATE!!!!

I am only really interested in knowning about how well the 'park clearing' goes... All the good stuff can be a surprize for us... I just want to know if that first parade and fireworks show is a nightmare.... lol

I feel ilke a giddy school girl. I'm glad so many others are eager to hear about tonight's party. pirate:

Our trip is 15 days away :yay: :yay: We really loved the party back in 2003....I just can't wait. DS has finally decided he's going to be a ghost from the haunted mansion, and dd is going as a bride (she's 4) so although ds is trying to get her to turn the brides costume into a spooky bride from the HM ride...she's sticking w/ the pretty look!
