We usally swim the go to EPCOT and see Illuminations and tour a little.

I can't imagine starting a trip without MK... I know you would like to avoid it on that day, but I can't help it- sentimental reasons pull me to that park first on every trip that I have ever taken (over 30.)

I don't know how long your trip is going to be, but I would go to some of the resorts just to see the decorations then go eat. After you eat your lunch go back relas unpack and rest for alittle while then head back to epcot. I think if you don't go and see some of the decorations when you first get there I don't think you will later in your trip. I went down for Christmas 05 and missed some of the resort deco's and I wished that I didi it sooner rather than try to do it later.

I don't know how long your trip is going to be

Am going for 10 glorious days!!!! After reading everyone's posts, I think I'm going to check-in, unpack, then head to the Wilderness Lodge for lunch and view the decorations there, then over at the Contemporary, Floridian & Polynesian. After that, I think I'll head back to CSR for a break/nap, then head over to EPCOT.

This way I'll have the resorts at the Magic Kingdom done. Will do the EPCOT resorts the next day, as I'm heading to MGM for their AM EMH, then will do Animal Kingdom Lodge on a day that I head over to Animal Kingdom and will tour Port Orleans French Quarter & Port Orleans Riverside on the day I go over to Downtown Disney.
