I wonder if this would pass ROFR. Since these are so new, I would think that Disney would buy it back at that price since they just raised the minimum to 200 points and still charging $112/pt (unless you get a discount).

This is likely a situation where the seller has used the DPs and will thus about break-even (or come out ahead if they rented those DPs). They might still even get their name on the BLT fountain.

From a buyer's standpoint, it's not as good a deal as a direct purchase since the sale won't involve the DPs and any significantly lower price would likely invite ROFR anyway.

With 160 points, this seems like a new member purchase. I thought that the tile was only for add-ons by existing members.

I think the fountain tile required the 160 point minimum - 100 points did not get that benefit.
