1pm drop TRON on party nights

Does anyone know whether 1pm drops occur for TRON or Tiann’s during party nights? I going to Magic Kingdom but there is a MNSSHP tonight. Since 1pm drops usually have return times in the afternoon/evening, will they just not have a VQ drop at 1pm?

Yes they’ll still have the 1pm drops.

There may be less slots to give out due to shorter park hours, that’s offset by lower MK attendance during the day of a party.

Thank you. We ended up getting a boarding group that got called about 1:45pm. Worked out nicely.

Did you get a vq at the 1 pm drop to get called at 1:45?
I’m trying to make plans for our trip next week and debating getting Tiana at 7am then TRON at 1 pm on a party day or vice versa

Idk what was up with 8/16 (maybe neither opened the 1pm queue? That will happen if there has been extensive down time) but from this extremely limited data set I would 7am Tiana’s and try Tron for afternoon.

That was my initial thought after checking thrill data and checking myself each day at 7 and 1 to see how long the queue lasts. But of course….as our trip nears , I second guess all of my plans

Yes, we did the 1pm drop of TRON and our boarding group was actually called at 1:27pm. We had gotten boarding group 6 for Tiana during the 7am drop. I had my son do the VQ and he has much faster fingers than I so maybe that had a little something to do with the low number boarding groups we got for the day. Plus, its appears to be pretty low season (Florida/southern schools are back in school) on top of party night.

The previous time we were at MK, my 7am Tiana boarding group(high number) did not get called til almost 5pm. We weren’t able to do the 1pm drop of TRON because we still held the Tiana VQ. That was about a month ago, regular/non party night.
