1999 parkhoppers...still any good?

A friend of mine found some parkhoppers from 1999 that she believes she still has one day left on...is it possible that they are still valid? She asked me cuz I am a supposed "WDW expert" but I have no idea as I usually have seasonal passes. Thanks!

She can bring the hopper to the lobby concierge at her resort and verify how many days she has left on it.

On our trip in July of 2005 one of our friends had tickets left from '91 and wasn't sure how many days she had left or if they would even honor them. She took them to the lobby concierge and they just put the days she had left on a new card for her.

If there is a day left, they will be able to tell her and it will still be valid. She may have to exchange it for a one day hopper due to the new finger system or she can use it towards the purchase of another hopper.
