1984 Walt Disney World Decorative Plate

My grandma got it for me when I was born. I am not a big disney collector. And was wondering if anyone has seen it before and if you know what the value is. Its in mint condition and has been in its protective bubble wrap for pretty much ever. I would post a picture but not sure how.
