There are Breathe-Right strips for sensitive skin - maybe try those? They are available online at walgreens and CVS - I don't know how easy they are to find on the shelf, though.
Yeah - I would give that skin a few days, then start using the ones for sensitive skin. I have found the regular ones can't be used every night; it rips my nose skin too.
Try Target brand, the clear ones. They are latex free and the sticky isnt too sticky. They really help me too but I have to use these ones as they are the only ones that are latex free.
