at a used book store today, i got a visit to the new york world's fair official storybook. "it's a small world" is in it as one of the attractions that the kids in the book go to. the kids' names are peter and wendy. does anyone else have this book? it's so cool and i'm really psyched that i found it! :thumbsup2

I went to the WF in both 1964 with my parents and again in 1965 as part of a tour. We saw the WF during the day and then crossed the street to Shea Stadium that night for a Beatles Concert! :thumbsup2

Somewhere around here are a few old photos with me and my parents on various rides. That was a really fun event. :goodvibes

Here is excellent site of the fair

www.nywf64.com

There is also site called Modern Ruins which takes a look at some of the pavilions as they existed in the 80's and 90's.

I have pictures of my mom, dad and I at the 65 World's Fair in front of Its a small World and Caurosel of Progress. Pretty cool! I don't actually remember the rides though., I was only 3.
