We were able to snag ressies for both CP(6:20pm) & 1900 (7:20) on our MK night 12/13. Now this is also MVMCP night which we are not planning to attend. Two things that need advice on:

1. DH would like to try something new which would be 1900 PF, since we've been to CP (breakfast only) previously and he wasn't all into their food. Is it pretty similar? Because if it is, then it's a no-brainer and have DS win this one and save my battles for other ressies. :rotfl:

2. The other is that CP resv is for 6:20pm and MVMCP starts at 7pm.. Being that we're not attending the party...are we going to be prohibited from our dining resv. & how is this handled? We are not trying to get a freebie ticket for the party just to be clear since we intend to leave right after dinner, but just paranoid to cancel the 1900PF resv only to find out that we can't dine at CP since we don't have a ticket for the party. :confused3

TIA

If you have reservations in MK on a party nite and your already in the park you can eat with no problem and then leave. We done that last trip as we ate at Tony's Town Square.

We enjoy the Park Fare. The food is good and Cinderella's step sisters are really funny. When we ate there last year, I didn't even eat the meat on the buffet. I am a meat and potatoe kind of girl, but the veggies and the salads looked so good, that was all I ate. My husband was floored that I didn't even try the prime rib. He did and LOVED it. The Park Fare is now a must do for us. Either breakfast or dinner, both are equally good. IMHO!
Our last couple of visits to CP have been not that great. We did a late breakfast, only one side of the buffet was open and the line was horrible. We gave up and just sat and waited for the characters to come by. Our dinner was even worse. We got 1 glass of tea/soda. No refills, no one cleared our table of the empty plates, we had to stack them to one side. It wouldn't have been too bad, but there was 6 of us. (Thats alot of plates)
We had stacks of dirty dishes in our pictures with Pooh and Tigger. My mother even asked us if we ate in the kitchen! The kicker came when our check came and 18% was added on due to our party size. It was SO not worth it.
