1900 park fare

We've our character breakfast booked for our 1st morning at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian hotel.
At 9am

We're thinking of parking in Magic Kingdom car-park & getting resort monorail to hotel

Then after breakfast getting monorail to Magic Kingdom.

What time does car-park open - by the way it will be August.

What times do Monorail start as we will be there before park is open?

any tips?

The monorail starts at 7.00,the car parks will be open also,at this time in the morning you will be able to park very close to the entrance to TTC.I would advise changing your time to 8.00 instead of 9.00 better interaction with the characters and not so busy.

We went last August, I think our PS was 8:45, it didn't feel too busy. We saw Mary Poppins in the lobby after we had eaten and when she found out we'd missed the mad hatter she went and got the restaurant manager to get him to see us.

We really enjoyed it there, I hope you do to.

By the way DD noticed that Mad Hatter sticks out his tounge when being photographed, I have a lovely picture of her giggling at this.
