Hi. Is this open yet? Any word on meal plan return?

One of the few restaurants yet to return in any capacity. Would love to have this return with characters soon. But I haven't heard of any rumored reopening.

Also still no rumors of an imminent return to the dining plan.

Until all restaurants are open and operating at more or less full capacity, I wouldn't expect the dining plans to return.
