November will be our first trip. We are doing Cinderella's Gala Feast at 6:00 p.m.

What time do we have to leave POP to get there a little early.

I would allow an hour. You will need to take the bus to MK and then take the monorail or boat to the Grand Floridian. Since you don't know how long you'll have to wait for either of these options leave an hour. If you can I'd do the boat. It's just one of those nice WDW extras that adds to the charm.

I wouldn't leave any later than 5:00. The hotel is so beautiful you will probably want to stroll around for a while.

Disney recommends allowing an hour. If you're there early, you can enjoy the GF.
