I wanting to try some new character breakfast on our next trips to Disney. Chef Mickey and Crystal Palace is always a must but I was wondering how good is 1900 Park Fare @ GF? How was the characters and the food? We like the buffet style.

Never had breakfast there, but dinner was good. I've read good reviews about breakfast - we were considering it ourselves but decided to try CM.

I just had to post & say that I made myself a Maleficent costume for MNSSHP last year.

I bought my costume from Disney Direct and I love it!! I also went as the evil queen one year cause my dd was snow white. We are so excited to go to MNSSHP next yr. We've never been before and we are going the 1st week of Oct. 07. We dress up every yr for Halloween along with the grandparents and sister-in-law. We usually do a group thang and we did Peter Pan last yr. My dh was Peter, I was Wendy and our dd was tinkerbell. The grandfather was capt.hook, grandma was the crocodile, we had Michael and Mr. Smee too. So, we will have so much fun especially @ Disney. I think we will try 1900 Park Fare on one of our trips next yr.

We just did this with our 2 1/2 yo DD last month and loved it! The characters you'll see are Pooh, Tigger, Mary Poppins, Mad Hatter and Alice. We got a later seating and were some of the last ones left for the breakfast. Alice and Mad Hatter ended up coming over and talking alot with us and the table next to us...we had tons of fun and the food is very good. We also like buffets and this one was done very well. The strawberry soup is scrumptious! We decided to dinner there in October and I can't wait! I think you'll love it...have a good time!

the breakfast at 1900 is excelent and character interraction is great, Mary, alice, madd hatter and pooh and tigger were therr in dec 05 but I have heard of rabbit being there on occasion. I would definately go to 1900 for breakfast.

We went for breakfast arond 9:00 in January and it was wonderful! We saw Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh and Tigger. We loved the food and the character interaction was one of the best! Mad Hatter fed DS2 and teased him playfully, Alice took him out of his high chair to talk with him and Pooh and Tigger gave lots of hugs. DD4 is a huge Mary Poppins fan and she was perfect- looked and sounded like the movie! I highly recommend this breakfast. Plus the GF is beautiful! We always like to visit it on our trips!

Rabbit was there instead of Tigger when I went a few months back. All the characters were wonderful. I really liked the mix of personalities that were there and having a mix of face and fur characters really made for nice variety. To top it off, the buffet was one of the best breakfasts I've had at WDW! I would definatly recommend it.

We have done the breakfast and the dinner, both were fantastic. It is our favorite character meal to go to. Our children like it much better than Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace. For breakfast we saw Mary Poppins, Alice, Pooh, Tigger and the Mad Hatter. For Dinner we saw Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, Prince Charming and Suzy and Perla. One of my daughters had a bad experience with the Mad Hatter the day before we had breakfast. We let our server know that the Mad Hatter should probably stay away from our table because our daughter was so afraid of him. She went right over and let him know and he skipped us the first time around. My daughter told Alice she was afraid of him and Alice talked to my daughter about him and went and got him and brought him over and showed my daughter that there was no reason to be afraid of him. They ended up getting a picture all together. Thanks to Alice, she is no longer afraid of the Mad Hatter.

1900 Park Fare is our favorite as well. We have done several over the past 3 months! We saw Eeyore instead of Tigger and Rabbit, but all other characters were the same as previously mentioned. Alice was sweet, the Mad Hatter a hoot, and we had a fun time with Pooh and Eeyore giving hugs, and playing with trinkets we had on our table as it was DDs birthday. Eeyore even tried to steal the birthday cake. I have many great memories of this meal!

We loved Crystal Palace for breakfast but 1900 Park Fare was even better. It is our absolute favorite! :cool1:

We did the Cinderella dinner at 1900 PF and it was great. The food was excellent and the characters were really attentive. We loved it.
