1900 Park Fare Refurbishment Question

I attempted to book priority seating at the 1900 Park Fare restaurant for Monday 27th August. I was advised that this restaurant is closed for refurbishment at this time, but the Charachter dinner would be held instead at Grand Floridian Cafe. Does any-one know (as I didn't think to ask at the time) will the restaurant menu at the Grand Floridian Cafe remain the usual options or will they 'adopt' the menu of 1900 Park Fare (which appeals more!).

the food at GFC while they do up parkfare will not be there usal menue but plated up food the same as parkfare food.
