I am trying to decide which dinner I should do. Its an adult only trip. Thanks in advance.

1900 Park Faire is definatlely geared towards kids BUT the buffet is one of the best Disney has!! I really like The Wave also. It is much more geared towards adults , so if your looking for a quiet dinner atmosphere then try the Wave. 1900 is much noisier with Cinderellas step sisters and step mom yelling at each other. WE LOVE IT THERE!!! Depends on what your looking for! Have fun

For adults only def. the Wave. Park Fare is a character meal which is fun and the buffet is a better one than most, but still mediocre.

I have only eaten at 1900's park fare so i can't say anything about the wave but it does look so pretty and classy. I think the the wave also appears to be more adult friendly than 1900 park fare. I absolutely love 1900 park fare. The breakfest feels a lot like easter brunch and has some of the yummiest breakfest food in disney. The dinner food has recieved less positive reviews but i have only had breakfest so i can't really give a opinon of dinner. The 1900 park fare also is a character meal. Breakfest has alice, mad hatter, mary poppins, pooh bear and tigger. Dinner is cinderella, prince charming, lady termaine and cinderella's nasty step sisters. I highly reccommend the park fare but i think or your specific situation the wave is better for you

I think The Wave is a more adult atmosphere but also less of a 'Disney' atmosphere; kwim?

Of all the character meals, 1900PF dinner is the most fun for adults because it is the closest thing you can find to a Villain meal. Lady Tremaine and the ugly steps stay wonderfully in character as they interact with the guests. If you enjoy playing along you can have a great time here. And the food is not bad at all (remember Chef TJ is circulating in the GF kitchens at present).

1900 PF the buffet is pretty good in fact the coq au vin was down right delicious and the stepsisters a hoot and a half. The restaurant is boisterous.

The wave is very quiet, adult, and subdued. The food is very good.

It really depends on what you are looking for they are completely different experiences.

I like them both.

For adults only The Wave is prob a better choice. 1900 will be bursting with kiddos.

I find the food at Wave to be better and its a nice quiet place. I'd base the decision also on where you will be that day. Will you be leaving Epcot to go eat and then come back? Choose your dinning close to where your going to be that day.
