We are trying to decide if we should eat at 1900 Park Fare or the Crystal Palace on one day when we will be at WDW. I was a little concerned that 1900 Park Fare is out of the MK, but I know it's on the monorail so it shouldn't been too bad. I've made an ADR for both, so I need to decide which one to cancel. We've eaten at both (a long time ago), but I don't remember which was better. Any suggestions?

Which meal will you be eating? While there is nothing more convienient than eating in the parks, 1900 Park Faire is not that hard to get to. Are there certain characters that you must see? If so, that will also make a decision for you.

I have eaten at both and enjoy Crystal Palace greatly, but was amazed at the buffet at dinner time at 1900 Park Faire. It was very good and we had our nieces with us so the Cinderella characters were a huge hit.

Now for dinner, if you have an early closing, I would stay in the park at Crystal Palace. If MK is closing at 10 or later, losing an hour and a half for a very good meal is not a big deal.

We'll be going for dinner. As far as the park hours, I think MK closes at 10:00 that night. My DD seems to think that either will be ok with her. ???? She really loves Cinderella (especially Prince Charming - heh, don't we all? ;) ). She also likes Winnie the Pooh and his friends.

Based on that, 1900 Park Faire would be my choice.

I also love Pooh and friends but one of the only places to meet Prince Charming is 1900.

It's a very good buffet, with plenty of variety and it is a little quieter than Crystal Palace.

Make sure you have the Strawberry Soup if you decide on 1900.

Crystal Palace is very very good, but to our amazement 1900 topped it! It was even better - so much so, that it is the one we always choose now. It is very easy to get to from the monorail and is only a few stops form the MK.

Thanks for the advice. We'll probably end up at 1900. :thumbsup2

We did 1900 Park Fare for supper and the food was ok, but for my batch of picky eaters no one ate much. But we went because Cinderella is DD's favorite and we had the pleasant surprise of DD being chosen for the Opening Ceremony! Hint Hint: 4:30 ADR.

If CP is as good at supper as it was for breakfast I would chose it!

Love both, but if I could only pick one I would probably go with 1900 PF if food was my deciding factor.
