I get to make my adr in the morning and we are making our NYE dinner adr for 1900 Park Fare. I know it isn't the most exciting for some but we have 2 daughters that love Cinderella and we want to avoid the parks on NYE since they are still young. I am trying to decide if we should make a 4:30 adr for right when the restaurant opens or wait until a little later in the evening (6pm/7pm) since it is NYE. Our children are 7, 4 and 2 years old. Ihave heard that you are seated more promptly if you go earlier and that the food is a little better since it is "fresher". Which would you do?

Im also interested to know. I have a 7 year old DD and a 3.5 year old DS. I would hate for them to be stuck waiting for ages getting grumpy and tired after a big day.

The food is just as good at 4:30 as it is at 6 or 7. I would say go a little later so you can have your meal and maybe head over to the Poly beach to watch the MK fireworks!

We had a 7pm reservation, and the restaurant was still in full swing!! :)

I would go with the later one. :)

We ended up going with the earlier time and our adr is for 4:35pm. We will have our 7 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old. So in the end I think the earlier time will be better for the kids. They will still be in good moods and we'll still have some of the evening for them to hang out with us before they end up falling asleep (at least the 4 and 2 year olds---there is no way they will make it to midnight!).

Wise choice. You could have up to an hour's wait to be seated later in the evening there, and the videos in the lobby can only appease the youngsters for so long.
