What does everyone think of 1900 Park Fare for breakfast? I chose this for our last day. Is the food good? Is the character interaction good? What characters appear for breakfast. Also any other info is welcome!

Thanks!

we LOVE 1900 PF for breakfast - strawberry soup (uim) - the food was a cut above for buffet, omelet bar, great variety - much more open spaced than Chef Mickeys, we prefered the charachter interaction with an early seating than the later seating we have had last time, but overall this is the best place for us for charachter breakfast, and a quick boat ride to MK after...

love it, you won't be disapointed. I second the strawberry soup! Characters we typically see are cindy and the prince, alice, mad hatter, mary poppins, mice from cindy, and eeyore. love the theming and the characters make it a point to go to every table, we never miss! :teeth:

We are trying this for the first time too, on the day we check out too!

I cannot wait to try the strawberry soup!

We had an 8am ADR when they first opened for the morning (I think it was 8am) and the character interaction was fantastic. The place was fairly empty so the characters came by almost TOO often!! Food was decent - slightly better than Chef Mickey and not quite as good as Crystal Palace. Our characters for breakfast were Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh, Piglet, and Mary Poppins (in the lobby)...strange combo, but my DD's loved it! We're going to be trying it for dinner in August - Cinderella and Prince Charming!! :cool1:

I really liked 1900 Park Fare. I would venture to say it is now one of my favorite restaurants in all of WDW. The atmosphere was very charming and pleasant, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The characters were wonderful. The day I was there Mary Poppins (in her nanny outfit) was in the lobby greating guests as they came in and Pooh, Rabbit, Alice, and the Mad Hatter came to the tables. Interaction was great and I loved the assortment of different personalities.

We are also doing this on our checkout day!! I've never been to the Grand Floridian, so I kind of picked it selfishly!

It's my fave breakfast in all the world - characters or not. I think the food is great, lots of options and it's always been fresh with no lines! We also love the characters, they are some of our fave "classic" characters. Mary Poppins remains as my favorite Disney movie of all times so it's good to still "see" her =) Alice and the Mad Hatter are hilarious!

I think you'll enjoy it - we always have.

This is one of our favorite places for breakfast. Everyone we have taken there asks to return when we travel on later dates. They will also make omelets to order, which my DH enjoys.
My favorite are the blintzes they serve.

I believe it is the best breakfast buffet on property.:earsboy:

Love their breakfast. The interaction with the characters is great. We've also been there for dinner a couple of times to. We thought the food was very good. We didn't make an ADR for there this time but we intend to go back again.
