1900 Park Fare for a party of 16?

Is it possible to eat at 1900 Park Fare with a party of 16 guests??

If so, do we need to contact the restaurant directly to book, call a special phone number, or can we just go through regular Disney Dining online or the regular phone number?

Yes. But you need to have the reservation for within 15 minutes of opening or near closing to get seated together. Talk to your Wedding Planner who may be able to assist. And it needs to be done quickly as the "public window" will be opening in less than a week.

Have you tried "grand gatherings"??? you might want to call disney and ask about that. they specialize in large bookings!

We are looking to book for a 12/16 dinner, so I think we still have a few weeks before we can book-??

I am totally fine having a 4:45 or 5:00pm seating.

We are getting married through the Swan/Dolphin, so unfortunately my planner cannot assist

Do we call the regular ADR phone number or do we need to call a special number? OR can we book such a large party online?

I looked into some grand gathering event options, but most were too expensive per person, as opposed to 1900 Park Fare.
