Anyone eaten there rencently, how was the food? We have never dined there before. Is it worth it?:confused3

We at there about a year ago and really enjoyed it. Everything was at the perfect temperature and delicious. They also had a few unique offerings not found at typical WDW dinner buffets. Plus the characters are GREAT! The step family is a riot and Cinderella was enchanting and the Prince was truly charming.

We ate here for dinner the first time around two weeks ago. Not only were the characters spectacular, but the buffet was terrific! Lots of different options, some really fun desserts, and the whole experience was great. This has long been our favorite breakfast, now it may turn into a must do dinner!

Yes, very much worth it! Food was very good, heck, I think the chilled strawberry soup is worth the price of the meal all by itself!
The character interaction is the standard hi, hello, chat, sign the book, pose for the picture....but as the previous poster said, the stepmother and stepsisters are very entertaining. We enjoyed them more than Cinderella and the Prince. :lmao:

Thanks for this. We have reservations there for the first time next month and the only review I heard was from family members who told me they were underwhelmed but I am hoping they are wrong. It is nice seeing some good reviews. It's always too easy to stay with the places we know.

I had dinner there with my girls a few months ago and the food was actually good. The caracter interaction was awesome. To me, it was worth every penny. I think that everything on the menu, yes we tried everything.... one bit or everything pretty much, I only disliked one thing. Also, Cinderella spent a good amount of time with my girls and the Prince danced with one of my DDs

Maybe we were there on an off-night then because when we went in Nov the food was horrible. As we were being seated, I wondered why it looked like quite a few people were only eating salad and bread. :rotfl: My kids wouldn't even eat the macaroni and cheese (and they do eat whole wheat pasta at home). There was 1 dish on the entire buffet I enjoyed (stir fry) so I only ate that, salad, and strawberry soup. The character interaction, however, was excellent. If on the DDP, I would consider going again (not next trip though) for the characters and just eat a big lunch.
