1900 Park Fare dinner variety- less than in previous years?

I will be eating here on my upcoming trip, and I was looking at a food blog from a few years ago and noticed there seemed to be much more variety shown on the blog than what is currently listed on the official MDE menu. Particularly noticeable was th sushi and create your own pasta station missing from the menu. Do they no longer have these?

The on-line menu doesn't list all of the buffet choices. I can't answer as to what you'll have available but there is always more on the line than is listed for any of the buffet restaurants.

@SinCityMMAFan that is the same menu I was looking at, it doesn't list the sushi or create your own pasta station that was there as of a few years ago, so I was wondering if they still had them.

The menu on AllEars.net which was updated this past January lists Maki Sushi Rolls and a few different kinds of pasta. Didn't see anything about create your own pasta.
